While out in San Francisco, I grabbed a quick cup of coffee with Alan Khalfin of MixMatchMusic and MobBase.
Honestly I had heard of MobBase, but wasn’t too familiar with their service and that you can get your iPhone app developed and submitted to Apple for $20 (like the cost of a pizza).
In the chat below we go over who MobBase is, what makes a great app, how to get more installs, Apple’s approving process and a ton of other cool stuff.
(Apologies for the sound and background noise. We were apparently at a hopping spot in the city.)
Alan was an awesome dude and I’m glad I had the chance to reach out to them and chop it up. Look for a few guest posts surfacing from myself over on the MobBase Blog real soon.
If you are interested (and you should be) in creating mobile apps, you should seriously check them out. $20 gets you started and they are cool guys. Sounds dope to me.
If you need any more convincing they have apps for Pepper, RX Bandits, Iration, Jennie Laws, Everclear, Orlando locals Megaphone and a few hundred other bands.
Oh, and shout out to Danny Dee on the camera!
