I work part time for an independent faith based record label in ATLANTA and engagement with an artists audience no matter how big or small that audience is is something I've preached for quite some time. I was reading Purple Cow by SETH GODIN for the first time today and marvel at how few speaking engagements he's had at music industry conferences. We have to redefine what success in this industry is and it definitely isn't what it used to be. Those days are gone. The paradigm has completely shifted I love this article.
